Substitution, Cancellation, and Transfer Policies:
All payments are required to be received in full 14 days prior to the Boot Camp’s start. If you are unable to attend the program, we will accept an appropriate substitute participant to take your place up to one day before the program. There is a $75 administration fee for substitutions made less than two weeks prior to the start of the program. Speak Out, Inc, will grant an 80 percent refund for cancellations made two or more weeks prior to the start of the program. For cancellations made within two weeks prior to the start of the program, a 50 percent refund will be granted. If you register and need to change to a different date, one transfer is allowed with no additional charge. Additional transfers are subject to a $75 administrative charge.If you withdraw after the start of the program, there is no refund. Fees and dates are subject to change without notice.
